Refunds and Returns

If you have a need to consider a refund and return, then you ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a great big ‘thank you’ for your trust and vote of confidence. Nothing makes us more happy than a legion of satisfied Backpack Traders and Netpicks Trading customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer service experience. We will give you the support and training that you need to succeed.

That being said, here are some things you might want to know:

• We stand behind our products and will do our very best to help you succeed with them.
• All sales are final, unless otherwise specified during the checkout process.  Some offers have stand-alone guarantee terms which are fully explained when making the purchase.  When that is the case, the terms at checkout are what is applied and followed.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We offer a 3-day refund policy for subscription services.
